Set the SATA ports to AHCI and native mode and ubuntu 7.10 and mythbuntu 7.10 boht work fine with out any different boot options. The correct graphics drivers don't seem to be installed so you have to select the intel experimental drivers. I'm still working on perfecting that part for best screen resolution.
